Project overview

In response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, our digital channels faced the important objective of achieving a 300% increase in sales. With retail outlets and call centres closed, the digital channel became the primary avenue for driving sales and maintaining business continuity.

The project aimed to revamp the product detail page and plan cards, focusing on a user-centred design approach. Gathering insights from user feedback and behaviour, we identified areas for improvement and streamlined the overall hierarchy, optimised the entire layout, and got rid of unnecessary content. Visual elements were refined to engage users while maintaining simplicity.

Similarly, the plan cards were also redesigned to simplify the overall information architecture, improve clarity, and facilitate better merchandising. Continuous collaboration and iterative testing ensured the final deliverables exceeded user expectations, resulting in a more intuitive and engaging user experience.
