Project overview
The project aimed to address the challenge of multiple duplicate pages on the website, which were competing with each other and negatively impacting SEO performance. These duplicates caused confusion for users, resulting in a high bounce rate and low conversion rates.
We identified and evaluated redundant and underperforming pages across the website, based on analytics and performance metrics. With a clear understanding of user needs, we designed a seamless browsing experience tailored to brand-loyal customers. This included seamless navigation between the different products, comprehensive product information, personalised recommendations and the ability to one-click buy a product.
